The organization management is based on decision-making, requiring a vision and adequate understanding of the business's situation, markets and other factors both generic and specific. These types of situations must be analyzed in any course regarding organization management. The use of different tools to explain these concepts becomes useful techniques for teachers in their lectures. In this paper, we present a software tool to support teaching and learning to analyze the consequences and results of different business decisions. The program design allows two types of users: teachers, who can program and propose activities to students and the user "group", where each student group, put into practice the acquired skills in the classroom regarding to decisions-making in business, and develop the activities proposed by the teacher. In addition, each group can view their progress in the definition of virtual business and compare their progress with regard to other groups in real time. Also, the teacher can see the progress of their students in real time and contact them through the application and advise on its development. Finally, the system provides the final score of each student activity based on various factors. On the one hand, the score given to the work by overcoming several sustainability criteria proposed in the application, and on the other hand, the realization of the proposed activities and assessment test, all through an average of these factors adequately weighed. It should also be added that with the implemented software, a number of significant competences within the European area of higher education has been enhanced: the work in groups, use of new technologies, competitiveness, etc.
