摘要
The process by which the demand of consumers is to make a transition to individuation,, rationality, and fashion. which brings more challenges to the manufacturing system of enterprises. Firstly surveying 156 manufacturing enterprises from Shanghai city, in view of the general process of making products by manufacturing system, introduce a set of valuation model which includes Such fields as the input, the output, the process, and the control. Secondly apply a kind recent algorithm (EAHP) to solve the model. Thirdly illustrate how to operate the model and the algorithm by all instance. The model and method suggesting in the article, which call help enterprises find out the key indicator by the diagnosis and analysis of the flexibility of manufacturing system, so enterprises can concentrate all measurements oil reconditioning the key indicator and improve the level of the flexibility of manufacturing system finally.
