LTCC material powders (epsilon(r) = 7 similar to 9) were prepared with borosilicate glass + Al2O3 as solid phase; with styrene-acrylic emulsion as binder, glycerol as plasticizer, aqueous slurry with the properties of high solid fraction, good stability and rapid drying was prepared. The green tapes have smooth surface and high intensity that can be laminated at room temperature. After sintered at 850 similar to 900 degrees C, the value of the relative bulk density is more than 96%. This aqueous tape casting process has good application foreground in lamination and LTCC technology.
