摘要:
For this purpose, it adopts the study of the crime of glorification of terrorism and humiliation of victims in Spain. It considers the dogmatic discussions about the implications of this crime for criminal law, from the approach of legal goods and offenses. To specify the issue, it analyzes the evolution of this crime, from the normative and jurisprudential perspective but also from the coverage in the media and the conversation in social networks. Since these crimes are committed precisely through these digital media, there are unique relationships between the different ac tors, which contribute to contemporary debates on the trends and effectiveness of the criminal control system.
