摘要
The intelligent and graceful motion control exhibited by animals and humans remains a great challenge to replicate. We summarize some of the disciplines and applications related to human and animal motor control. We give a computer science perspective on some of the successes and failures in this area and provide a list of questions which need to be addressed. This is followed by an overview of several methods we have used for controlling simulated human and animal motion. Copyright (C) 1998 IFAC.
