摘要
The complexes formed by N-hydroxy-succinimide and Ni(II) chloride and respectively succinimide ligand with copper (II) chloride in molar ratio 1:1 and 2:1 (ligand: central atom), have been prepared and characterized on the basis of their spectroscopic, magnetic, thermal and crystallographic data. The thermal behaviour was studied using thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis. The IR spectral data indicate that the metal ions are coordinated through the oxygen of the carbonyl group. XRD studies revealed that the complexes are crystalline. The proposed structures of the complexes are also discussed.
