摘要：

In recent years, the issue of discrimination in employment for college students raises hot. In contrast, College students have become vulnerable groups, employment problems of college students has risen to become an important social issue. Students discriminate against some employment opportunities are barely mentioned. It distinguishes the difference between employment discrimination and discrimination in employment, and describes the phenomenon of discrimination in employment for college students. The paper analyses the causes of discrimination in employment for college students. Finally, it proposes measures to solve the discrimination in employment for college students.
