摘要
De Haas-van Alphen (dHvA) effect in the two dimensional organic conductor (BEDT-TTF)(2)KHg(SCN)(4) has been measured up to 30 T in order to investigate the phase transition at B-K (similar to 24 T). The dHvA oscillation undergoes a drastic change around BK. The effective mass shifts from 1.5m(0) in the density wave phase (B<B-K) to 1.65m(0) in the normal metallic phase (B>B-K). Based on the simulation, we conclude that the primary cause of the characteristic field dependence of the wave shape is the change in the effective mass.
