摘要
In recent years, the contradiction between passengers and taxi industry continues to occur. On the one hand, passengers complained the difficulty of taking a taxi and bad service of taxi driver. On the other hand, due to the development of chauffeured car services which increased competition, taxi drivers, who taken low income, high contract cost, give negative services, even striking in many parts of country. One of the main objective reasons causing this phenomenon is unreasonable pricing method for taxi. This paper in view of this phenomenon, based on Beijing Taxi operation valuation case, according to the taxi driver's driving age, the degree of fatigue driving, traffic congestion, violation records, no-load ratio and other factors to develop a synthetic human factor index, indeed, to establish a new valuation model, due to this humanized model to quantify the taxi fees of individual taxi driver in different, in order to improve income level for taxi driver those who full of energetic, driving experience, law-abiding.
