摘要：
Intravesical instillation of bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) is a mainstay of treatment for superficial transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. Although an overall complication rate of 5% has been reported,(1) most complications are of minor significance. We report a case of multidrug resistant Mycobacterium bovis-cystitis 2 years after intravesical, therapy with BCG.
