摘要：
This work presents a compact Wilkinson power divider structure based on interdigital capacitor loaded slow-wave line. The model of the interdigital capacitor is extracted from full-wave electromagnetic simulation using commercial software. A slow-wave line power divider working at 1 GHz is designed based on the extracted models of the interdigital capacitor. The proposed structure is approved by a comparison of the simulated and measured results.
