摘要：
In this paper, the existing problems of the FMCG supply chain will be mainly discussed and evaluated by performance. Firstly, the performance evaluation index system of the FMCG supply chain was established on the basis of the EBSC-SC. And the specific indexes were selected from the aspect of the customer, the processes, the finance, the external environment, the future development and the partnerships, and then were calculated and analyzed by the DEA. Finally, the performance evaluation results of the FMCG supply chain are explained combining with the examples.
