摘要
The use of FDR provides the flight risk assessment model with necessary data supports. On the basis of the statistical analysis of parameters in flight data related to CFIT (controlled flight to terrain), it establishes a flight risk assessment model using FDR data based on expert knowledge rule and proposes a new safety risk index based on overrun frequency and intensity of flight parameter. In addition, a method indicating relative level of flight safety is introduced and mathematical definition and calculation for the risk index are given as well.
