摘要：

Earlier research undertaken at Cranfield University had shown that a 100% access policy to journal literature within the Biotechnology Centre was the preferred model over subscription to a hard copy collection. A follow-up and extensive study within the Cranfield School of Management, one of Europe's leading business schools, has applied an up-to-date approach to understanding the journal needs of management researchers.
