Chern-Simons fermion Hall conductance in the dipole theory of the half-filled Landau level

摘要
In this paper we argue that the Chem-Simons fermion Hall conductance should be -e(2)/2h in the recently developed dipole theory of the half-filled Landau level. [S0163-1829(99)00731-6].
