Put forward the innovative and effective psychological counseling measures under the emergency situations of female college students. Firstly, contemporary college students should improve the ability of self-protection and the way of responding to an emergency psychological consciousness. Secondly, family, school and society should improve the degree of attention to the students' psychological counseling, especially under the emergency counseling.
