摘要
As the accelerate of population aging, more and more peple put their attention on pension burden, and the analysis of the change of pension burden caused by population's own changes gets more meaningful. Based on the sample data of beijing's population, with the help of concepts, such as stable population model and stable population intrinsic rate of growth, and adopting actuarial method this paper comes to a conclusion that the capital accumulation of social security plan is quite sensitive to the change of population intrinsic rate of growth. Population intrinsic rate of growth changes 1% will cause the reverse direction change about 33% of Beijing's pension, beacuse of which planing the population and pension of Beijing has certain guiding significance.
