摘要：

A 72-year-old man presented after a single choroidal mass was incidentally detected on fundus examination of his right eye. The patient has a history of multiple myeloma and neuroendocrine thymoma diagnosed 6 and 10 years before presentation, respectively. Fineneedle aspiration biopsy revealed metastatic choroidal carcinoid tumor. The patient was subsequently treated with brachytherapy (iodine-125). (C) 2015 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
