摘要
In this paper, starting from the actual operation of cargo logistics enterprises and using cargo logistics management system which is based on C/S as studying object, we analyzed the developing process of the system and the function the system should have. It provides a new approach for logistics enterprise processing information conveniently and efficiently. With the wide use of the computer and the Internet, the power and advantages of logistics management gradually stand out. According to the survey, in 2001, China's logistics costs account for about 20% of the GDP. This value indicates not only in China that the logistics costs are relatively high, but also indicates that logistics management software has a huge potential market in China. Currently, a lot of logistics enterprises, especially many the medium and small enterprises still in the level of original traditional mode, which is the manual management. And today, the fierce competition among enterprises, in order to survive and to occupy a place in society, it will depend on high-tech means to improve efficiency. Thus, logistics management software is undoubtedly a good choice. So in this paper the study for the small and medium enterprises in the flow of goods logistics management system has a certain market value. [3]
