摘要
Big events such as the World Cup and the Olympics bring international responsabilities to the country hosting them. Investments have been made in infrastructure in general. Public safety radio communications is a special area that requires studies, resource, adequacy to international standards, and integration between new and current systems. This article is a measurement exercise test that partially compares the performance of APCO, TETRA and TETRAPOL standards used in public safety. The main objective of this exercise was to contribute to the Federal Government providing additional guidelines for choosing the system to be deployed in these big events.
