摘要：
The physiology and biomechanics of swimming are presented with a focus on those issues most critical for improving competitive performance. An integrated view of physiology and biomechanics is presented to help the reader better understand the important influences each of these components delivers. Based on original research conducted with elite swimmers, this article provides guidelines for coaches, healthcare practitioners, and athletes.
