The research on the integrated test system for the secondary devices and system in Smart Substation

摘要
The secondary devices and system should be tested to verify the functions configuration before the substation is put into operation. Most of time, the test system is divided into several parts and carried out one by one. At the same time, the existing experimental and testing methods have shortcomings in aspect of test means and test efficiency and can not fully meet the new test requirements of smart substation. In order to solve these problems, the integrated test system is presented and discussed in detailed. Firstly, according to the test demand, the reasonable framework and test procedure is built up. The test host can connect the test equipment physically and interact with them. Secondly, three key technologies about the system are discussed, which are the improvement technology of existing testers, virtual equipment technology, the automatic test technology based on the script language. Thirdly, the application of this system in the new generation smart substation is demonstrated. It is convenient to realize the system level test about whole substation. It can improve the test efficiency, and provide guidance or reference for future testing and debugging.
