摘要：

Evaluation indexes are of vital importance in point method used in job evaluation. This paper puts forward the research thought of the evaluation indexes on the basis of literature review. It gives an optimal design of the job evaluation indexes of the railway transportation enterprises through various methods that combined qualitative and quantitative analysis such as document research, experts' judgment, questionnaire surveys and using statistical tools to analyze, etc.
