摘要
For the distribution network with high-permeability distributed generations (DGs) access, the system is multi-directional, the topology is flexible, and the fault characteristics are different. The fault location principle of comprehensive fault current information comparison is proposed. Comparison of current amplitude and phase angle for fast and reliable positioning. The model of 10kV distribution network with DG was built by PSCAD, and various factors such as different positions, fault types and different DG penetration rates were simulated. It was proved that the proposed method need simple data and low configuration requirements, and it can achieve accurate fault location in many cases.
