摘要：
Trotz optimaler lokoregionärer Therapie werden hierzulande nur etwa 36% der Patientinnen mit Brustkrebs geheilt. Ziel adjuvanter systemischer Behandlungsmaßnahmen ist die Vernichtung verborgener Mikrometastasen, die sich nach Entfernung von Primärtumor und axillären Lymphknoten noch im Organismus befinden und Ausgangspunkt für ein lokoregionäres Rezidiv oder Fernmetastasen sein können.
