摘要
Pedestrian collisions frequently lead to severe and even fatal injuries and must therefore be thoroughly analyzed for reconstruction purposes to determine who was at fault. The injuries of the pedestrian are of very important evidencial value and allow inferences regarding the relative position of the pedestrian and the car at the time of impact. Very important is the interdisciplinary approach requiring the cooperation of the forensic pathologist with other experts involved. Analysis of the clothing can bring important information for accident reconstruction.
