A differential quadrature method for the transient analysis of multiconductor transmission lines

摘要
The differential quadrature method (DQM) with Chebyshev-Gauss-Lobatto (CGL) sampling points is introduced for the modeling of transmission tines. The Lagrange interpolation functions are utilized to obtain the explicit formulae of the weighting coefficients, and the CGL sampling grid points are employed in the discretization along the tines to enhance the accuracy of the quadrature solutions. This method does not need to decouple multiconductor transmission lines in the modeling and is convenient to deal with nonuniform lines. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the validity and accuracy of the proposed method.
