129Xe NMR for diffusion of hydrocarbons in zeolites and 1H NMR imaging for competitive diffusion of binary mixtures of hydrocarbons in zeolites

摘要
Two NMR techniques have been developed to study the diffusion of hydrocarbons in zeolites. Xe-129 NMR of adsorbed xenon in which xenon is used to probe the concentration of a co-adsorbed hydrocarbon and H-1 NMR imaging which gives directly the concentration profile of a hydrocarbon in a zeolite along one or more directions.
