摘要
Markers in the genes coding for growth hormone (GH), growth hormone receptor (GHR) and ornithine decarboxylase (ODC), as well as in the mitochondrial genome were analyzed for associations with immune traits in female White Leghorns. The GH and/or GHR genotypes were associated with antibody response to vaccination and delayed hypersensitivity response to avian encephalomyelitis and newcastle disease virus. The two immune traits indicated a significant interaction between GH and GHR genotypes. Analysis of T-cell populations revealed association of the ODC genotype with the TCR1/TCR2, TCR1/CD3 and CD4/CD8 ratios and the mitochondrial genotype with the CD4/CD3 ratio.
