摘要：

The steady state estimator for descriptor systems with both current and delayed measurements is given for the first time. By introducing reorganization measurements sequence, the calculation of the optimal estimator for systems with time-delays measurements does not require any augmentation. At last, taking the computation burden into considering, a steady optimal estimator is developed.
