摘要：

It is main tune to practice innovate education and bring up innovate ability of undergraduates. Innovative credit points enrich not only innovate education theory contents of Chinese character but only advance reformation of higher education. It is significance to analyse systems of innovate credit points and deepen higher education administration system innovation.
