摘要
Production accidents of coal mine in our country become severely with the soaring economy. Due to the situation that there is no complete compensation standard available, in some extent it promotes a number of mining enterprises attach little importance to compensation for victims, regardless of their lives and pay little attention to the production safety, it is in turn causing the frequent occurrence of accident. After summarizing the calculation methods for damages in current, in this paper, and referring to the principle for property damage, a new calculation method is proposed It is the combination of the Human Capital Model and the Mental Damages Model, aiming at the life value of coal miners, and the result shows that the current compensation standard and the outcomes from relative literatures are much lower. The purpose of establish this new compensation model is to increase the compensation which could be beneficial to promote enterprises to heighten the safety investment indirectly.
