摘要
In this paper, we describe the synthesis of a new polyvinylcarbazole with blocked 3,6-position. As a result of the substitution with tert-butyl groups the HOMO energy level is shifted to -5,4 eV which allows a better adaption to the work function of PEDOT/PSS. The improvement in hole injection leads to a more efficient device and therefore it is not necessary to add any further hole transporting material.
