摘要
The resilience of distribution network is the ability to resist, absorb, adapt and recover in the face of some disruptions with low probability or high risk. With the increasing frequency of global natural disasters and the rapid development of smart grid, the issue that how to construct grid with high resilience to extreme disturbance will attract more and more attention. Currently, most of the evaluation systems of distribution network are constructed based on the planning and operation, there are few researches about the resilience of distribution network. Therefore, in this paper, a set of practical evaluation index system is established based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate the resilience of distribution network, which include 4 first-level, 8 second-level and 27 third-level indexes, Based on the above index system, interval analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined to establish a mathematical model to obtain the final evaluation results. Finally, the effectiveness of the index system can be verified by evaluating the resilience of distribution network in a typical commercial area.
