摘要
As electric vehicles (EVs) are widely promoted as an important way to reduce carbon emissions, the number of chargers is also increasing. However, the low utilization rate of chargers causes a waste of resources, so it is urgent to tap its potential and expand its application scenarios. In addition, as a large number of renewable energy sources and EVs are connected to distribution networks (DNs), the uncertainty of source and load causes frequent fluctuations in DNs which increases the demand for voltage regulation. In order to improve the utilization rate of chargers and solve the problem of off-limit voltage, a control strategy of chargers participating in DNs voltage regulation considering demand response is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the model of the charger and reactive power model is established. Then, the active power control strategy of chargers considering demand response is proposed, and the selection process is constructed according to users' wishes. Finally, the voltage regulation strategy of the charger is proposed and its feasibility is verified by simulation. The results of this paper can be used for reactive power compensation of DNs considering the demand-side response.
