摘要：

Based on the research of export of Zhejiang's foreign trade enterprises and the development of green technology export situation, this essay tries to point out that there are four negative factors in developing green technology in current domestic foreign trade companies, and analyses models through application of green technology theory value curve from both government and enterprise's perspective to explore the economic value and social value of green technology development; It developed a strategic plan for the development of green technology which provided the basic idea for the development of green technology in foreign trade enterprises.
