摘要：
Intelligent Cloud-logistics network is the product of regional logistics development in the advanced stage. The platform can integrate the logistics system resources, and achieve synergy through information sharing, so as to improve the logistics service level and resource utilization efficiency of the whole system. Information sharing plays an important role in the successful operation of the platform. It has theoretical and practical significance to research how to motivate members to share information effectively, how to distribute gain and monitor information. In this paper, we firstly build an intelligent cloud-logistics system, then analyze the incentive model of information sharing, bring out the incentive distribution mechanism and regulatory mechanism, and finally put forward the application of information sharing mechanism.
