摘要
European Social Fund (ESF) is the main instrument through which the European Union is funding the strategic objectives of employment policy. Considering the demarches undertaken to heighten the awareness of, to better inform on and promote the projects financed through ESF SOP HRD (Sectoral Operational Programme for Human Resources Development), both nationally by MASOP HRD (The Managing Authority for Sectoral Operational Programme for Human Resources Development) and by each beneficiary of such project, this paper aims to bring forward the visibility and impact of such demarches over the target audience by presenting the results of a focus group qualitative research carried out among the target audience of such a project.
