摘要
Teaching and explaining the human interaction aspects of management and project management principles and practise to undergraduate students who have had no work experience is a difficult task.. These aspects are usually considered to be better understood by post graduate students with some years of work experience. A suite of computer linked professionally produced interactive videodisks that simulate real projects has been used for several years at RMIT to teach these aspects of project management to undergraduate civil engineering and post graduate project management classes. The effectiveness of this method is analysed and assessed, and the differences in attitude and perceived benefits between undergraduate and post graduate students are presented. Experience from two other post graduate disciplines is also presented.
