摘要：
A study of the effect of coleon U (1) and 7 alpha-acetoxy-6 beta-hydroxyroyleanone (2) previously isolated from Plectranthus grandidentatus Gurke, on the metabolic activity of MCF-7 cells is presented in this work. It is also explored if the growth inhibitory effect on MCF-7 cell line was exerted throughout the involvement of apoptosis.
