A Load-balancing H.264 Stream Dispatching Scheme Utilized in Network Video Monitoring System

摘要
In this study, to realize platform independent net-video streaming, H.264 AVC standard is chosen as the communication language inside the streaming system. And then, a novel load-balancing dispatching scheme is proposed and mathematically discussed in the paper to overcome native bottleneck problems generated inside a typical net-video system.
