摘要
Halophile are a novel and unique group of extremophilic microorganisms that thrive in the presence of very high concentrations of salt, which have special biological structures and mechanism of metabolism. Halophile produce biological activity substance with special activity. Therefore, study on halophile has both scientific significance and application values, so the studay of the halophile is obtained vast attention in recent years. In the present paper, a halophile strain, which named TN2-3, was sussessful isolated from the sample collected from the salt work, and later identified as Chromohalobacter sp. by morphological, physiological, biochemical characteristics and 16s rRNA sequence ananlysis. Those result make a base to study and utilize the strain.
