摘要
By means of all kinds of collaboration mode, cluster supply chain' (CSC) can facilitate the realisation of the mass customised production. The collaboration between enterprises is enabled by the composition of manufacturing services (MSs). To meet the specific demands of the mass customised production, two critical problems need to be solved in the process of manufacturing service composition (MSC): (1) how to design the customised quality of service (QoS) evaluation model to depict a variety of customer requirements; (2) how to design the customised service composition method to deal with the fluctuated market requirement sequence. To address these issues, the customised QoS model designed for MSC is first constructed based on the characteristics of MS; second, the customised MSC method is proposed to make full use of the advantages of different methods under various market conditions; finally, based on the actual customised production condition in CSC, the simulation experiments are given to validate the effectiveness of the above solutions and the results are satisfactory.
