摘要
One of the China's ocean energy special fund projects named Integration of investigation and assessment of ocean energy resource and selection of prior utilizing area, from which plentiful measured data and other kind of achievement have been accumulated and settled, has been launched since 2012. In order to visualize the historical and simulated data and exhibit to customers as a display window and make the same standard of the assessment method and fruit form of marine renewable energy resource including tidal barrage energy, tidal current energy and wave energy, an information system of marine renewable energy resource have been design and developed using the application software based on WebGIS and the relational database, which can be a convenient tool for storage and management of achievement, engineering siting and design for a demonstration of marine renewable energy. All functions related to design and implement of the system as query and searching of measured data, statistics of characteristic parameter, display of horizontal distribution of power density, prediction of tide and tidal current, report output and print, have been introduced firstly, and the framework about data and figure saving, releasing to Internet also have been considered and explained followed. At last, the main functions of this system have been demonstrated with some examples.
