摘要
Polypropylene has been intensively investigated in the area of insulation materials as it has excellent dielectric properties. One of the important applications of polypropylene is as dielectric films in power equipment. The properties of polypropylene films are mainly dependent on its crystal phase, degree of crystallinity, and the orientation morphology in stretching process. In this paper, a literature review on crystalline structure of polypropylene, morphology transform in orientation process, and factors influencing the insulation properties of dielectric polypropylene films is presented.
