摘要
High speed dry cutting gear reliability life test in the presence of the test cost, sample need more, experiment analysis work tedious and complex and difficult to obtain data from all the problems, this article discusses the use of grey system theory based on GM (1, 1) model fitting of automobile gear reliability life test data method, grey models can be based on the experiment less data predict the life of automobile gear test follow-up data. Instance calculation shows. The precision of the model with residual test, after test and correlation test requirements, calculation value and actual measuring value degree of good, can be satisfy the test requirements.
