Development of real world videoinformational paradigm as a basis of informational theory of technical vision

摘要：
Basing on the Non-Shannon approach, the concept of video information as a measure of physical and structural characteristics of material objects forming video informational fields is introduced. These video informational fields provide video information transfer in space-time as well as interaction of video sensor with the real world. The so called 'visual' image of surrounding world developed via the mentioned measurement-interaction in a video sensor space is a composition of measured structures, manifestating the highly developed video sensor structure scale (thesaurus).
