摘要：
Virtual Business (VB) is just in the ascendant, Starting from the back.-round of the development of VB, this paper expounds the concept of VB, discusses the characteristics of it, and summarizes the classical models of it. At last, the author think that VB well be the main trend of business management in the next century.
