摘要：
The phonon and the excit on polariton modes in Quantum Well (QW) and Quantum Well (QW) and Quantum Well Wire (QWW) Superlattice (SL) systems involving the type-I superlattices of GaAs/Ga1-xAlxAs are investigated and discussed in the light of existing literature and some of the drawbacks of the model are explained.
