摘要：

Based on the resource, energy anti:environmental problems from the traditional mode of economic development, in order to realize economic, societal, and environmental coordinated development, we must change the mode of economic development, improve the industrial development pattern, and vigorously promote the ecological industry, thus realizing the transformation of economic development to ecological industry oriented. We should focus on recycling the utilization of resources, improve resource utilization efficiency, adhere to industry cluster and ecological development direction, take a new road to industrialization, construct ecological industry and circular economy system, and finally realize a harmonious unity among economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits.
